Webinar: Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Healthcare

Join Alumni Relations and Special Events' Lifelong Learning Initiative for a panel of Trinity alumni experts as they discuss racial and ethnic disparities in healthcare. Health disparities occur when disadvantaged groups experience systemic worse healthcare than individuals in more advantaged social groups. Panelists Dr. Dianna Burns M'00, FACHE, President of South Texas Center for Pediatric Care, Jon Calvin M'19, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer at Lone Star Circle of Care, and Derrick Cuenca M'08, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer at Lovelace Medical Center and Heard Hospital of New Mexico will discuss how to address and change these disparities. The conversation, moderated by Malisha Patel '04, FACHE, will conclude with an audience question-and-answer session.
