Join the San Antonio Alumni Club for a fun evening with Dr. Jennifer Mathews, TU Professor of Anthropology, at Pharm Table. Dr. Mathews will take us on a journey through the rich history of the avocado—from its origins in Mesoamerica to its arrival in California. Enjoy a delicious dinner that will compliment Dr. Mathews discussion while engaging in conversation with fellow alumni and learning about the cultural impact of this iconic fruit. 

Your registration fee includes the following: a welcome cocktail, a non-alcoholic beverage, shared/family-style appetizers, selection of entrée (chicken/salmon/plant based), finishing with shared dessert. Gratuity is also included. Additional beverages are available for purchase. Parking validation for 90 minutes is also included. The Twig Book Shop will be onsite with three of Dr. Mathews' titles available for purchase.
