The Louis H. Stumberg Venture Competition is a multi-part competition. Hosted every spring and fall, each cohort of students has an opportunity to compete for a chance to win mentorship and funding for their startup. Of the teams that competed in the Stumberg Seed Round, five won $5,000 in seed funding for their venture and an opportunity to participate in the Trinity Accelerator. Four teams will compete at the Final Round for the $25,000 grand prize.

The 2021 Final Round will be a shorter event and hosted with COVID restrictions in the Ruth Taylor Recital Hall / Dickie Smith Fine Arts building at Trinity University. In-person attendees should plan to present their Tiger Card and wear a mask the entire time they're inside. Attendance availability may change as we follow the health recommendations of the University. The event will be broadcast for viewing live and at a later time.
4:00, Doors open for check-in. RSVP and masks are required.
4:15, Find a seat in the auditorium as welcome remarks and the program are about to begin.
5:45, Judges deliberate for 15 minutes. The audience will be encouraged to vote on a crowd favorite during deliberation.
6:00, Winning team announced. All teams photographed on stage.
