Please Romaine Calm: Tips to Manage Stress, Nutrition, Exercise & Sleep (Northrup 214)

Many college students struggle to uphold their personal health and wellness due to increased stress or illness. Suggestions for nutrition, campus dining, Trinity fitness facilities, and student wellness programs such as TIPS and Refresh Sleep will be shared. By the end of the session, students will develop a wellness action plan focused on sleep, exercise, dietary habits, and stress management goals.
