An advocate for developing brave leaders and courageous cultures, Brown spends most of her time working with organizations around the world. In 2024, she was named as the executive director of the Center for Daring Leadership at BetterUp.
The Flora Cameron Lecture on Politics and Public Affairs at Trinity University is made possible by an endowment gift from the late Mrs. Flora C. Crichton of San Antonio. This lecture brings world leaders, heads of state, and politicians to Trinity to discuss their careers, historic events, and the modern political climate.
