This Fall, Trinity University will welcome David Card, Ph.D.  who will present a lecture on "My Evolution as an Economist".

Trinity’s Nobel Economists Lecture, begun in 1984 by Distinguished Professor of Economics William Breit. The Nobel Lecture brings some of the most brilliant and influential economists of the post-war era to campus. The lecture is sponsored by Trinity's Department of Economics and is made possible through the generosity of the late Gen. Elbert DeCoursey and Mrs. DeCoursey of San Antonio. Based on the general theme “My Evolution as an Economist,” the lectures offer rare autobiographical insights into the Nobel laureates’ contributions, the sources and nature of their discoveries, and their growth and development as economists.
