TUgether We Move! 150 Minutes of Fitness

The US Department. of Health & Human Services recommends 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week. Students, faculty, and staff will be able to choose from a week long "menu" of fitness activities, attending a minimum of three, to reach their 150 minute goal. This special programs finale will conclude with a Tower Climb, health partner expo and raffles, free dri-fit t-shirts for participants, and more!

Guidelines & Helpful Hints:

  • Pick up your passport from the SA Parks & Rec Mobile Fit Van to start the week!
  • Check in at each event with a ‘150’ stamp!
  • Bold Text = special raffles, not the 150 minute tally.
  • ** = Registration required.
  • Underlined= Community Partner event.
  • Extra passports available in Counseling & Wellness Serv.
